In this 4 week class students will learn: No prior experience is required, making it ideal for beginners. Essential tools include a basic tufting machine, yarn, fabric scissors, a rug shaver, a frame for mounting fabric, and tufting cloth. A vacuum for cleanup is also helpful. Who this course is for: This course is designed for anyone interested in exploring the art of rug tufting, whether they are complete beginners or those with some experience in crafts or textile arts. Additionally, it's a great fit for those seeking a relaxing, creative outlet or a fun, hands-on activity. No prior experience in tufting is required, making it accessible for anyone with a desire to learn and create. ​ Cancelation Policy Students will receive a refund of tuition minus 10% if the student contacts us no later than 7 days prior to the first day of class. Cancellations up to 48 hours before the start of the class will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 48 hours before the start of the class, or after the class has begun will not be refunded. In the case of an emergency, the student may be able to transfer their payment towards another class based on availability. Class sizes are limited and enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, we are unable to prorate students for missed classes or classes that they are unable to attend.
