Join us for Pins and Needles Academy Animal Kingdom Week, where students will bring their favorite creatures to life through sewing, crocheting, and fiber arts. From the jungle to the savanna, the ocean to the sky, we’ll explore the beauty of wildlife through hands-on textile creations! 🐾 This Weeks Highlights: 🦒 Wild Plushies & Animal Softies – Hand-stitch your own jungle, farm, or ocean friend! 🦜 Feather & Fur Embroidery – Learn stitches to create colorful birds, tigers, or even your favorite pet! 🐘 Safari & Woodland Accessories – Make an explorer pouch, animal mask, or wildlife-themed bandana. 🦈 Animal Print & Paw Print Designs – Use fabric stamping, applique, or embroidery to create fun animal-inspired textiles. Students will develop sewing and textile art skills while discovering the amazing creatures of our world. Whether they dream of roaming with lions, swimming with dolphins, or flying with eagles, this is the perfect place to stitch the wonders of nature into reality! 🐾 Limited spots available—sign up today for a wild and creative adventure! To ensure your child has the best experience possible, here are a few important details: 1. Clothing: Please send your child in comfortable clothing suitable for dyeing and painting projects. It's best if they wear clothes that you don't mind getting messy. 2. Lunch: Pack a lunch for your child each day. We have a refrigerator to keep lunches fresh and a microwave for warming up food. 3. Hydration: Encourage your child to bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day. 4. Drop-off and Pick-up: Drop-off is at 9:00 AM, and pick-up is between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM.
